1Object

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the sale of software licenses for the Expert Advisor "Gold Scalper EA" (hereinafter "the Robot" or "the EA") via the Gold Trading Bot website (hereinafter "the Site").

By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter "the User") unreservedly accepts these T&C.

2Products and Services

The Site offers the sale of licenses to use an Expert Advisor (EA) for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, intended for automated trading on gold (XAU/USD).

Licenses are offered under different plans (Starter, Standard, Pro, VIP) with different maximum lot sizes.
Each license is linked to a unique MT5 account number.
Licenses are sold for specific periods (weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual).

3Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Payment is made exclusively in cryptocurrency via our secure payment provider. The license is activated automatically after payment confirmation by the blockchain network.

4Delivery

After payment validation, the User can download the Robot file (.ex5) from their client area on the Site. Delivery is considered complete as soon as the file is made available in the download area.

5Right of Withdrawal and Refund

⚠️ Important

In accordance with the legislation in force regarding digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the software has been downloaded. By downloading, the User acknowledges expressly waiving their right of withdrawal.

No refunds will be granted after downloading the EA file. In the event of a proven technical malfunction of the Robot, an exchange or license extension may be considered on a case-by-case basis by customer support.

6License of Use

The license is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable.
The User agrees not to redistribute, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Robot.
Any violation of these conditions will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
The license is valid only for the MT5 account number registered during purchase.

7Limitation of Liability

🔴 Warning

Trading on financial markets involves significant risks of capital loss. The Robot is a decision-support tool and does not guarantee any profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The seller cannot be held responsible for financial losses incurred by the User while using the Robot, regardless of the cause (unfavorable market conditions, misconfiguration, connectivity issues, etc.).

8Technical Support

Technical support is provided to assist with the installation and configuration of the Robot. Support is accessible via live chat on the Site or by email. Support does not cover investment advice or trading recommendations.

9Modifications

The seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The applicable T&C are those in effect at the time of the order. The User will be informed of any substantial modifications by email or via their client area.
